Hunan Restaurant

First time ordering from here and will be the last. Food was literally tasteless. We had two different dinners so I know it wasn’t just what I ordered. They asked how spicy I wanted mine 1-5 and I said 3 and there was literally no spice, wish I would have said 10 just to so I could have tasted something. Do not recommend.

We have eaten-in and taken-out from Hunan countless times and it’s always been great. I realized tonight that I should leave a review because I wasn’t sure what I wanted but my dude just recommended a dish asking my personal preferences on contents just to satisfy me. That’s just killer and it makes me exceedingly happy when customer service takes a front seat and a place I love is ready and willing to ensure their customers have a positive experience. Keep doing you, Hunan, ‘cause you’re great at it.

The employees seemed nice, delivery was quick, and the amount of food was generous. The issue of why I give 2 stars is that the food I got was tasteless to me, and lacked meat. I ordered Mongolian Pork, but the meat was shredded so fine that it was barely noticeable among all the rest of the stuff thrown in. I would be willing to try them again on another day though. Order something else next time.
