I've only ever used the drive through but I've gone here on a handful of occasions and have yet to have a bad experience

Ordered on the touch screen. Then pulled up to the window and waited five minutes for somebody to come to the window and tell me they didn't have the meat for my order. They substituted something in its place and then I waited another 20 minutes at the end of their drive-thru before my order came out to me. I was the first person in a line of three cars.

Touchscreen didn't work at drive through and instead of a note informing you to order through speaker, you can waste your time trying to complete what you've started. Finally just drove off and went to Wendy's.

A great place to eat I've become some what a regular and today they had my sandwich (just the way i like it) waiting on me when I walked in the building. The young ladies that work there are my favorite sandwich makers. Lol
