The last pizza we ordered didn't have any sauce on it even though I asked the person on the phone who was taking my order for extra sauce. Worst pizza we have ever been to. Never going back again!

Our pizzas were made to order but the toppings were mostly in the middle of one of the pizzas and the extra cheese was not spread evenly. Another didn't seem to have the extra cheese at all, but we were charged for it. One of 3 was good. Pizza Hut has been our go-to pizza place since the early 80's. But with the rising prices, diminishing toppings and poor quality, it might be time for a new place.

Our order was ready as promised, food was hot and delicious. We originally ordered one of our pizza with a pan style crust, but unfortunately that was not available. I appreciated that the store reached out to me quickly and offered alternatives, corrected our bill and was kind about the issue.

The call center that answers when the store is busy gives them a bad reputation because most people don't know it's routed to a call center when they are busy. The employees and manager on 12/31/2020 at 7pm were absolutely great. This is the pizza hut in Saint Joseph I will go to. They worked hard and made it right

I specifically asked not to forget taco sauce on my order. I received extra garlic sauce instead. The driver stacked my order up against the door so I had to knock it down to get it. My pizzas were correct and tasted great.

I have been on hold for 10 minutes. I can tell they are picking up the phone and putting it back on hold. Between the call center and the lack of answering the phone, it is apparent they don't want much business. We only order from here if we have a coupon to use.

The freshness was outstanding, my food was hot and ready when l picked it up and the employee was polite and friendly. I will recommend Pizza hut to all my friends and family. Thank you for your service ❤️
