The service and food has went down hill. Your order is always wrong. The food taste old and dry. You have to ask for your receipt. It's been this way the last 5 or 6 times. I had hoped it was because I was there at a busy time. But I give up. It's not was it use to be. It's not worth the time or money anymore!!

Of course its drive thru only. I dont get to KFC as often as I'd like to but I guess that is a good thing. I say this because they always forget something. Just last night I went to the south Belt KFC and ordered 3 of the $5 fill up boxes. One with fries, an extra biscuit, and one extra breast. They gave me 2 of the boxes no fries and before i could drive back around to the window they had closed for the night. They have me the 3rd meal no fries though. They always seem nice just Need to work on accuracy.

Order online but still have to wait in the drive thru line. They should have a carry out option or run in to get order option. There isn’t a reason to order online only to wait in the drive thru line to get cold food.

Food was good. Service was so so. The gal giving us our food at the window was having her lunch while serving us. I work in the food service industry. That is a huge turn off. I also worked at this restaurant Pryor to this for years. I would perfer if the dining was left to the customers, and not the employees, especially while serving food.

I considered this to be a good KFC restaurant until recently. I've gotten food here many times without issue, but the last time I got food from here there was condensation all over the outside of the box of chicken and some inside the box as well (gross); the food seemed cooler than it should have been and of course, things go wrong in the fast food business every day. I've had issues at McDonald's, Wendy's, Taco Bell, and every other fast food restaurant you can think of, but I still continue to eat at all of those restaurants.
My problem with this KFC has nothing to do with the inadequate food quality I experienced during my last visit; I have a problem with how the manager handled the issue. Instead of refunding my money (what I desired), they refused, offering me a meal replacement instead.
Whenever I've had a bad experience at any of the other fast food joints (McDonald's, Wendy's, etc.), they've always given me my money back. So why should I put up with KFC's hardline approach to problem resolution? Refusing to give me my money back when I've visited this KFC many times is insulting.
With that said, congratulations KFC! You got away with $8.00 of my hard earned cash, but you'll never get another dime. If they could do basic mathematics at this KFC (more basic than y = mx + b), they would see that the monetary loss suffered from a direct refund of my money would be far outweighed by my lifetime of business with them. But whatever. Sometimes you have to just move on and find new fried chicken places.

Amazes me how everytime I go here you manage to #u&k up my order!!! Only got one side with my order... I ordered 2 sides!! I ordered extra biscuits and not one pack of honey or butter!!! The chicken bowls had two pieces of chicken in them!!! Last time I was there I got shorted half my bucket of chicken!! You guys suck!!!
