Took a very long time to get our food..on top of that it was mostly cold..
The pancakes wouldn't melt butter, and my onion rings were cold and when u bit into them nothing but water came out...
We usually have a good experience here but this time it was really below what we've come to expect.
I can say our waitress was very nice..I did leave a good tip just for her and also knowing it's a rough time out there for these waiter and waitress..

Food was hot fast and correct. Best waiter ever. Middle aged black man. He was on top of it. Loved the strawberry and banana pancakes. My steak tips could have had a bigger portion but the steak Omelette was nice sized and tasty. Again great waiter.

I had the New York Cheesecake with Glazed Strawberry toppings. It was good. I didn't like the eggs tho...it tasted funny. My husband had the French toast; he said it was okay.

Thursday morning, 10:30, complete mess... No one there and it took 5 minutes to be seated. Ordered one meal and another meal to go. service was slow, they screwed up my to go order not once but twice. ended up leaving part of it there because I was tired of waiting. Absolutely pathetic.

First of all I want to say our waitress was amazing, she worked the night shift and we was her last table of the night and she did a great job, and my crepes were amazing !!!!!

Terrible customer service, over priced cheap quality food. I had an issue with my pancakes in ordered new York cheesecake pancakes, so they story is it got regular pancakes with strawberry toppings and not cheesecake in these. Mind you i know the difference and the gave me a measly $3 discount on this situation in which I would have never ordered so I paid $9 dollars for 4 pancakes with strawberries and sauce!!! No cheesecake.
Absolutely ripped off, I am not happy!!!

Would’ve gave it a no star if I could. Set down with my family and waited over 15mins with no drinks while 2 other groups came in and were waited on. As we got up to leave then someone came over and of course was all apologetic. It always takes a long time but this time was out of this world.
