Casey's

Received horrible customer service the first time I was there, I give it a couple months an went back out of convenience, left with the same customer service an a watered down cappuccino, decided to speak with the manager the second time, her lack of common sense was alarming, an made me understand why its the way it is there. Have had several good experiences with other Casey's stores, none to speak of on this one, don't waste your time or money on or in this one, or you'll regret it like me.

I’ve lived near this Casey’s for a year now. I always have a good experience with one exception.. the cashier, Tyler, is often times not welcoming and I feel as if he gives me a hard time. Even my roommate and a couple of my friends have had the same experience when they go into the store. At some points he has given us a hard time and making rude comments when they have bought juul pods. I will continue to visit this Casey’s, but I often find myself annoyed leaving this location when he is the cashier. It takes a lot for me to leave a poor review when I really am happy person! I worked at a gas station myself for 3 years and currently work in customer service, so I understand bad days. But I would never go out of my way to ruin others’ days. I hope he will give better customer service in the future:)
