This is a great little breakfast spot for a hearty meal to start your day off on the right track. The homemade biscuits and gravy are simply the best that I've ever had! The put a sausage patty on each biscuit half then smother it with creamy gravy.

My wife and I went here yesterday for breakfast and had a very nice meal. For the two of us we got two meals, a pancake and coffee. We ended up paying $18 plus tip. It was far better than Denny's, but it's still very much a standard cafe and similar to Shari's pies. Our server was very attentive.

The food was standard and a little Bland but the customer service was excellent. Comfortable seating with Lazy-Susans on the larger tables. Good selection of pies. Banquet room and high chairs available. Friendly staff and an ATM on site.

This has been a favorite to visit for over ten years now. I've always had good service and food. Clean and well staffed. Great place for meals or just for pie and coffee.

Absolutely wonderful dining experience. Exactly the quintessential diner experience you expect from a roadside stop like this. The food was exceptionally delicious with the same homemade quality that you would expect from a hole in the wall dining establishment. We will definitely be back and I'm excited to try the two for 28 special which includes meals and dessert for two for $28 :-) they advertise a steak and egg special for $7. The service was great the coffee was hot and we will be back

I ordered the Astoria Chef Salad it was huge! Filled with crab,shrimp,egg,bacon,turkey and cheese. Worth the price.
Husband had a breakfast dish which was ok. Son in law had bacon Swiss burger and looked good for price. The staff is the big winner
