The lady that was working charged my husband $14 over the original price and ran the debit as credit. When my husband said to her that she over charged him. She said he would need to pay the original amount again and she would void the transaction. That would be $74 in sandwich’s. For 2 sandwiches. My husband said no and she began to yell at him and threatened to call the police. Yelling “ you don’t know what kind of day I had.” She was VERY rude and unprofessional and highly disrespectful. Won’t be going back.

Numerous times I’ve waited over an hour for a sandwich. Never again. You call the store and they tell you to screw off. “Freaky fast”, yeah right.

Awesome JJ is ya like them fresh and from a clean Sandwich shop the come here and get a tasty sub sandwich. Thet now have thr 3 buck hoggie and its totally worth the buck and stopping by. Great Hoggie maker's good service friendly atmosphere~ A+ and 5 star's. Good job Jimmy John's~

Service has really gone down hill. Two separate orders, a week apart, they forgot a sandwich and had to redeliver. One of those times, they delivered a bag with a straw, napkins & condiment’s. Along with a drink. No sandwich anywhere in sight. Their drivers don’t follow delivery instructions, so it’s pointless to waste the time in putting any.
Safe to say after reading other reviews, with responses from corporate (?), the owner doesn’t care enough to correct what is happening at this location.

The manager refused to talk to me. I made a pre-order last week and requested delivery at 12:15. At 12:30 no delivery (I requested catering for my organization to enjoy lunch) so I called. The individual who answered the phone was not nice. He told me delivery would be in 45 minutes. I requested to talk to a manager and theanager refused to come to the phone. It was such a horrible experience. I understand people are short staff, but that's why I ordered a week a head of time. Furthermore, the rudeness from the kid on the phone and the manager refusing to speak to me was unnecessary.

I love Jimmy Johns but this particular store is not very good when it comes to service. They have great customer service when it comes to making it right when they forget things but it happens a lot. They are very slow!! They usually take an hour to an hour and half to bring me my order. I feel like they’re really unorganized. They forget my drink pretty much every time I order. With my last order, he finally brought my food after an hour but forgot my drink again. So he told me he’d go back and get it. I waited another half hour and STILL wasn’t here yet. I called the store and they said that the delivery person was doing other orders first and they would TRY to bring me my drink. By then my lunch at work was over. They really need to get a handle on this.
