Great Harvest Bread Co.

I am not sure what is going on at this location but upper management really needs to look into their dough processing. Entirely too much flour is being used in their baked goods. I purchased a cinnamon roll and a scone and I am no picky eater by any means, but this is the first time I actually threw out food- not even my partner would eat them. I sincerely hope management finally looks into this as other reviews have mentioned this as well.

The food is great. The service is not. I ordered a sandwich, and waited for 15 minutes as they helped other customers, made other sandwiches that were ordered after mine, and looked at me like I was a weirdo for sitting and doing nothing. One of the employees asked if I've been helped, and HE WAS THE GUY WHO TOOK MY ORDER! I mean what the heck guys!? Whatever system they use to keep track of orders is WRONG AND FLAWED, and needs to be changed. After 15 freaking minutes I got my sandwich after everybody else's, even though I ordered way before everyone else. They even made the sandwich wrong, after I told them the second time what to do. I never got my bacon, which is a 2 dollar upcharge, so money wasted. I don't think I'll be going back, I'm that disappointed

Got here a bit too late, 30 minutes before closing. (Came here from the Woodburn wooden shoe tulip festival) Most things were sold out except a couple of muffins. There is however a discount during the last hour. I believe it was buy 1 muffin get 1 muffin free? Prices were a bit high (almost $5 a muffin)...but maybe it's just because of inflation and prices going up everywhere. Got there super food muffin and coconut muffin, and monkey bread loaf. Everything was worth the 40 min drive.

Upon first walking in I noticed a huge fat fly on the bread that they slice a sample. I mentioned it to the gal behind the counter and she had no reaction. I ordered a sandwich knowing it world be made to order. As I waited a gentleman walked in and placed his to go order and the same girl offered him the same bread that had a fly crawling all over it that I just told her about. She served it to him and he ate it. I received and ate the sandwich I had made to order. Seemed fine until a few hours later when I was crapping and puking at the same time. Worst experience. Beware of the care and ingredients. They obviously didn't care at all about freshness. I would travel to one of their other locations because I do like Great Harvest. This was just my first and last time at that location.
