Mcdonald's

Do NOT come to this particular McDonald’s. I will start by saying there is another McDonald’s 4 minutes up commercial and trust me spend the extra four minutes to go to that location. We ordered using the mobile app because it has good deals and is convenient, they advertise the app a lot so you’d THINK they want you to use the app. Well after we ordered we arrived at the McDonald’s and parked in the curbside parking and finished the ordering process on the app where you enter the parking spot number. We waited 45 minutes before I went inside and asked about our food. Keep in mind it was just my girlfriend and I and we ordered barely any food. As someone who has worked in fast food I know how it goes and so I was very polite with the lady at the counter, I explained the situation and showed the receipt and order number, she then went back to the station and then told me “they were still working on it” so we waited another 25 minutes. At this point it had been over an hour so I asked to speak to the shift manager, the manager told me they never received my order, and not only that but she couldn’t even make the food despite me showing her the receipt and order number. My only option was to get a refund and order again and wait again. I have NEVER EVER SERIOUSLY EVER had this bad if an experience at any food joint. Completely baffled that someone it took over an hour and having to talk to them twice to even figure out my order was never received, despite being told they were working on it. Save yourself the 4 minutes and go to the other McDonald’s, please.

food quality is nil. fries are rancid and dripping with cold grease. sandwiches are poorly put together with undercooked meat. My 5 year old makes better food. also, if a manager is called while you're in the drivethru, expect to wait 5 minutes while she takes her sweet time to get the line moving again.

Now, I absolutely understand the shortage on employees. But does the shortage need to affect the food??? I ordered a deluxe quarter pounder with no tomatoes. What did I get? A bun. A squirt of ketchup. Onion. Bacon??? And 2 patties. What??? I'm not usually picky if I get an order that's wrong, but this was just lazy.

Nice restaurant, staff are always nice and the business always seems organized. These people work hard as it is McDonald's and gets crazy busy. I mainly come here to pick up deliveries as I do not eat meat and there are not any begetarian options. Overall, I recommend for those who like fast food, quick.

They prioritize the drive through so any in house orders are slow. Drive thru orders are not accurate. It's been a problem for years and hasn't changed with the new management. Employees seem to have little pride in their work. Honestly this is closest to my house and I like to get a beverage from McDonald's before work but I drive farther to a different one so I can get in and out faster.
