Domino's Pizza

Okay - I don't know the name of the girl working the drive through window today around 1:30pm at this dominos but she absolutely made my day. She is hilarious. Her customer service was something else. Seriously so kind! It was really great and refreshing to see such a laughing, smiling, and joyful person working at a restaurant! I don't know who it was but she's amazing and she made my day! You're awesome - Thank you so much! Not many people around these days like her! Grateful for the laughs. This dominos is the best 100 💯

After working for a Dominos after being a long time customer. I will Never be a customer again. If the Public saw what I saw, No Contact would be the least of your concerns. Out of date food being sold. Filthy work place. Staff Do Not was hands after touching dirty things, straight to the food. The owner is all about milking the kids working for him, sweatshop style. It's all about getting Your Dollar

Alana I want say was her name, but she was working on sunday April 24 wanna say the only women on shift but not sure she had such a positive attitude and I can say she was the best worker in there was on to everything and so communicative and it was amazing to see because I don’t see a lot of people keep such a strong positive Attitude in a stressful environment, so just wanted to admire her work ethic, and her true kindness to us, may she achieve and do many things in this world

I have ordered from the Domino’s Pizza on Commercial Street SE while staying at the Phoenix Inn Suites Salem while in town on business. The service is always fast and friendly and the food was always delivered hot, fresh, and delicious. You can even make a trip and take some great food and eat at Silver Falls State Park which is only about 25 miles to the East. If you are going to be in town and are in the mood for pizza and such, then I definitely recommend trying this shop.

Rapid collapse of quality. Every month for the past few months, I order from here, and something goes wrong. The app consistently does not let you edit your order. If you want extra or light sauce, too bad. You have what they put on there. And they are very stingy at this store. So I call in the store to have them edit the order and they tell me it’s already cooking. I ask if I’m going to get a dry bowl of rock hard pasta and they say no you have our guarantee. I receive a dry bowl of rock hard pasta. They won’t even give you napkins, meanwhile the Lancaster store will stock you up with napkins. I don’t know if there’s been a change of management but whoever is in charge is running a terrible operation, and I can only feel bad for the employees who have to work for them. The picture of of the pasta in its rubbery/rock like state. It tastes bad and is hard to chew. This is consistent with every single order because they’re very stingy with the sauce and it makes the pasta cook very wrong.

Didn't use the app but tried to order online. It wouldn't go through. It just get trying to load when I went to check out. Went to the store and told them about it. They said they didn't know what was going on and that they would take my order in the store. I went in and gave my order. They said it would be about 20 minutes. I waited there it front as I told them I would. I ended up having to call them back to see if my order was ready yet. They said they were just pulling it out. I asked them to bring it out to my vehicle. I could smell something burnt but was hoping it was something minor. Nope got home and the bottoms of all 4 orders of lava cakes and the order of brownies was burnt. I just can't believe they let that go out of the store. They should of told me what happened and I could've either waited for more to be made or just took it off of my order. Not going to trust them again!!!!! Happened in 1-18-2022
