Mcdonald's

Bathrooms were awful including the greasy handprints all over the walls. Dirty and unsanitary. Staff rude and inattentive. Sat my order in the counter and didn't tell me it was ready to go, cold and dry food. Won't be returning until those issues get resolved or they hire somebody who is attentive to cross contamination in their bathrooms and cooking areas. I didn't see the tables because I'd seen enough. There were areas that haven't seen cleaner for a long time. I don't like giving bad reviews but I don't like getting sick either. They didn't appear to be short staffed so I doubt that was a a fact to be considered.

Very disappointed with food quality! We won’t go there again except for breakfast. While it was fast in and out of the drive thru in 3 minutes the food was barely warm, fries tasted like they were days old and looked like it too! Soggy as can be.. the burger I couldn’t even chew. I’ve never had a burger this bad from McDonald’s and normally I’d turn around and go back but I’m on my way to a movie I was really hoping to satisfy my stomach before then but nope. Spit the first bite out then the second and then I ripped it in half and tried to eat the middle and swallowed a small piece before deciding it’s just not chewable!

I order here off of door dash once every couple of weeks. I get the same thing every time: quarter pounder meal and a side of 6 piece McNuggets. Literally every single time it is a gamble whether I am going to get what I ordered. It’s either no dipping sauce, no straw, and twice (including today) no fries. I get these are minimum wage workers and going fast but it literally takes ten seconds to double check to make sure everything is there. If you have someone working every Friday evening around 5 or 6 they routinely screw up my order. It is so frustrating.

I was BAH DAH BAH BAH BAH HATING IT!!! This McDonald's is HORRIBLE. Ive been to this location 3 different occasions, while working food delivery orders. Every single time I waited 20-25 minutes to get to the intercom, just to be told that they werent taking any delivery orders due to their "system being down." Why would they let such a huge line of customers build up if they knew they wouldn't be able to serve a lot if them? I asked the employee why they wouldn't just send someone outside to let customers know they were only taking cash?! He just gave a stereotypical stoner response......."uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh *chuckle* I dunno. We just don't do that." Phenomenal Customer Service kid 👏 👌 🙌 👍SMH 🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒😠 That location is a bunch of lazy teens that would rather socialize with eachother and do the bare minimum. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
