My friends and I were in there last night and the bartender that was working who was wearing a flower in behind her ear was immediately rude as soon as we walked in very unwelcoming she acted like it was inconvenient that we were even there we were extremely kind to her complimented her about the flower in her hair when we ordered drinks she rolled her eyes at us as if we shouldn't even be there We continue to be kind and ordered our drinks we even tipped her very well and just chopped it up to her having a bad night. However her customer service was terrible it was not busy in there there was only one other person in there when my friends and I showed up. If there was an option to give 0 stars that is what I would give the bar this was a horrible experience it was my 1st time there and I'm never coming back.

The blonde bartender she wore a flower in her hair last night very skinny… if I could give this 0 stars I would Me and a group of friends went here last night we tipped after every drink & we will never come back here again this bartender is rude made it seem like it was inconvenient that we came to the bar to get some drinks never again black jacks is way better ABRAHAM IS AWESOME this bartender is very unwelcoming probably why they didn’t have any service in there and no people in there cause the bartender has attitude. Every time we wanted to order a drink we got attitude fire this bartender & your bar would be way better NEVER WILL RETURN HERE AGAIN I SHOULDVE TIPPED HER A PENNY.

I like this bar and staff just fine but had a bad experience tonight. The bar tender turned away a couple who brought their service dog who was wearing a vest and had certified papers! I heard the bar tender call the owner and he was correct its the owner making the rule but I looked it up on Google oregon law and it looks like this is not legal to turn away service dogs. I'm upset for the couple and not happy about this situation at all!

Love Angela. She's great and always on top of it. She provides amazing customer service and is extremely nice. The other girl, Niki is extremely rude. She always has an attitude, and won't even give you all of your ticket back from the slot machines even though we had given a tip from drinks. I didn't realize this until I left and my boyfriend said that she didn't give him his change and never asked if that was okay. I love the atmosphere of this bar if Angela is working, but I refuse to go in if Niki is working. She is obviously overwhelmed if there are a lot of people there and makes it known she is annoyed by you.
