I got a toasted chicken bacon ranch, a little skimpy but I could handle that. The other sandwich(which was supposed to be a black forest ham that ended up being an Italian BMT) that wasn't even toasted or anything, came out of the wrapper looking and tasting burnt. I just want to know who in their right mind could look at that and say, "yea! That's some great looking, fresh tasting, cooked to perfection bread". Let me down immensely.

I went to this place 7/5/22 around 4:30pm in hopes that a supervisor sees this review, and fires the girl working at the register (Young chick purple ). Anyway I wanted the garlic chicken and bacon sandwich but then the girl working the register mentioned that there was no chicken. She prompted me to other choices of meat and I was fine with turkey. I had to remind the girl that the sandwich came with bacon since she forgot. She informed me that I would have to pay extra for the bacon since the sandwich is with turkey instead of chicken. I was puzzled by the lack of accountability and customer service. I didn’t agree with this. When I expressed to the girl why I am Choosing to have a different sandwich instead she started yelling at me. I told her that it’s my choice if I don’t want to pay for bacon. I also told her that I felt this policy was anti customer service so I refused to pay for the bacon. I had to tell her there was no reason to get loud. Unfortunately, the fellow coworker overheard the whole thing and did nothing to rectify the situation. I felt like her coworker barked thank you for coming instead of making it sound like a warm farewell. This didn’t in any way make me want to come back. The only reason I ate there is because my kids and I where hungry. I try to avoid places in Salem altogether because people get rude and things get sticky. I hope they can hire people that are a little bit more polite that can at least apologize after something like that.

I wouldn't recommend this store. They're supposed to be open 24 hours. I went at midnight to get my son a sandwich. There was one car in front of me in the drive-thru. Just as I was about to order, a young lady poked her head out the side door to tell me it was going to be a half hour wait. I responded "a half hour?" she said "Yes, it could be longer. I'm here by myself and I'm doing other things too and the longer you talk to me, the longer it's going to take!". She was incredibly rude. Then, as I was backing out, I saw another employee sweeping the floor.

I did a mobile order. Showed up before my food was ready by just a few minutes. Sat in the line for literally an hour and at the window waiting for someone to come over. Came home to eat my food because I live across town to discover I got nothing I ordered. Definitely don’t recommend. Happens at this location every single time I go. I’ve never written a review for somewhere before, but experiencing this constantly over the course of eight months. Ridiculous.

Called them (8 minutes ago) to just ask and make sure their meatballs were warm, and they hung up on me. I was only calling because earlier in the day (technically yesterday) , my boyfriend had ordered a meatball sub (toasted as well) and it was ice cold.. after calling about that, they had said “you will get a call from our manager today” and never got one

Awful location. I've been here 5 times and no experience was great but today was the WORST! I ordered a spicy Italian ft long sand. As a meal. The drive through machine gave me a total of 11.68 (sounds about right) I got to the window and was charged 15.77?!? When I questioned the girl at the window she told me that the prices were not the same???? Then she proceeded to rudly ask me if I wanted it or not. I told her I didn't understand my total, she said that "they don't match, what marter is the POS machine" and asked me again if I wanted it. I asked for a receipt and was told it was out of paper. (I was on my work lunch break so just paid knowing I'd need something to eat for my 12 hrs shift) I pulled over in the parking lot and my sandwich was MUSH!! so much mayo that it was gross, there were no napkins. It was missing veggies issues for. It got tossed in the garbage and I kept the chips. She was so incredibly rude. Never going back!!! Management really should look into their service and fix the so called problem with the machine.

This was a bad experience in the drive thru. It took an average of 8 minutes per car which is unacceptable for a drive thru. The menu was touch screen, which is gross and unhygienic, not to mention it was in the hot sun and automatically set to the top of the screen, which is really ugly and inconvenient. Not to mention, the grab and go parking spots are blocked by anyone in the drive through who isn't at the menu yet. They get stuck waiting for the drive through line to move because the parking lot is too small. This is a bad location and the slow service makes it a time consuming waste.
