Sonic Drive-in

All of our bags, cups, and wrappers are unlabeled. Just plain white wrappings. Ordered a chicken sandwich which turned out to be 2 chicken fingers on a bun. Fries were not seasoned and not fully cooked. Slushies weren't mixed with the syrup so when I sipped my drink it was all warm syrup and no ice. Hot dogs were served on coffee filters and the dogs were crunchy. Usually this location is pretty good but everything about this meal was terrible.

DON'T GO HERE I'M TELLING YOU SAVE YOURSELF!! This was my first time and last time coming to this location I ordered a breakfast sandwich when I open it a smell of chemical burnt food comes off so potent I now have a headache. I take it apart and every thing including the egg was charcoal burnt the bacon is hard as a rock and burnt as well! I called customer service but I dont know if anything will be done. I'm beyond disgusted by this. Shame on you people for even serving that! Clearly something needs to be done here.

Slow, inept, uncaring and down right despicable service. served charcoal bacon on two burgers waited 15 min for them to answer the button, one of the cooks comes out covered in grease and old flower and I show him the two burgers I was served and he looks at me blankly and ask "what's the problem?" He then asks if I would like them remade and returns inside despite me asking him to remove the two double bacon 1/4lbs. Cheese burgers, long story short I received more charcoal bacon and some unidentifiable runny substance mixed with the mayo, I threw them in the trash. I have been served burnt food, food that was clearly hours past its serve by time, waited over 15 min for one route 44 soda repeatedly.... and when I ask for it to be addressed I am told it's a franchise and corporate has no control over the service. I have been to this location at least once a month and have never had a vist that wasn't disappointing.

I usually am not one to complain and bee undefstanding... but i have tried multiple times to go here and be understanding but its just so dissapointing every time. This last time i ordered a chicken slinger. Im not sure if they were out of chicken patties or what, (which if they had told me i could have changed my order) but this is what i recieved. A (hopefully) torn in half chicken tender and 1 pickle. So like HALF a sandwich for full price. I guess ill be driving further out if i want a decent sonic meal.

Worst sonic I've been to. The individual taking my order kept interrupting me and then getting frustrated when they couldn't hear what I was saying because they'd interrupted me. I was interrupted for each item I ordered, sometimes more than once. Also didn't seem like they knew how the system worked and they couldn't even figure out which stall I was at while ordering. They missed half of our order and by the time it came out it was cold. The texture and mouth feel on all of the fried food suggests that it is being underfried to make up for wait times, which is unacceptable and not safe. It also suggests that a separate mixer is not used, or that the individual didn't know or wasn't trained to know to use the nuts only mixer. The blasts we ordered had items from other orders in them and we're underfilled. The underfilling happens sometimes, but the cross-contact can kill someone with a peanut allergy and should never happen. As an individual who also works in food service, I still wouldn't come back.

This was my worst visit to sonic. Terrible customer service. The order taker gave us no time to say our order before asking "Anything else after every item said. Why don't you be polite and let us get the whole order out first. Got our order and they were out of apple juice for the kids meals and didn't tell us but let us order it and then didn't even try to correct before handing us 4 kids meals and no drinks. Just told us "oh we are out sorry" no we Paid for meals and that includes the drink you will give us a drink as well. Also forgot our popcorn chicke. The guy that handed us our food had no smile was blunt and didn't seem to care about his customers. I work fast food too this experience was not worth it. Also their survey site down so can't even give my feedback. If I could I'd get a full refund and not go back.
