Jamba Juice

I am so disappointed… after having trouble with the Jamba Juice at commercial we tried this one again… I always order online 1 medium smoothie with protein for my husband (he always gets a large cup) and another one medium split cup with vitamins plus blueberries for me and my son (we usually got two small cups). They didn’t split the cups and I only got a small cup… I paid for a medium size plus the extra blueberries and vitamins…. Maybe never Jamba Juice again!!!!

We came in on 2/1/21 and Alexis L. was at the register, the door got left open as we walked in and she asked us to close it so we did. She started taking my order with attitude and when I asked for my turkey sausage & cheese wraps, wrapped well with parchment paper, she said she didn’t know what I meant and if I wanted it double wrapped, I then explained like a banana and a banana peel or if I could simply get a refund and that’s when she understood what I meant. Mellisa one of the managers had done it before so I didn’t think there would be a problem asking for them the same. I didn’t like her attitude, it seemed as she didn’t want to be there.

This has always been my favorite location to get jambs, the past two times(in the last 3 weeks) I have gone in the morning and it’s the same employee who makes the smoothie but never blends it right. There is always chunks of fruit in my smoothie which I guess is fine but I have never had a smoothie like that at jamba before. All I can taste is the ice they put in, the second time I saw how it was and didn’t bother saying anything because she was busy and I tried to understand and figured the drink wouldn’t be too bad but by the time I tried it I had left west Salem. Before these two experiences I had never had a problem at this location but I don’t think I will be going back since it just isn’t worth the money anymore.
