Heavnly Donuts Salem Nh

Order is wrong every time I go to this location, slow service, can't seem take a drink that has the right consistency or flavor, very bland and made sloppily. The Windham Nh and Lawrence MA locations are always great so comparatively Salem next to the Mall is awful. Today, I was served a heavenly freeze that was 1, not frozen 2, lack of adequate flavoring and 3, sour milk! Done with this location.

The one star is for great service. ZERO STARS for the "dognuts"...Got two "dognuts" there today, a chocolate & marble cureller...first time ever AND LAST TIME EVER!! NASTIEST DOGNUTS EVER! Even 7-Eleven has BETTER donuts...the marble tasted like I was drinking a chia flavored tea...DISGUSTING... the chocolate, would NEVER know it was chocolate cuz it had NO choc taste! They have a sign inside claiming "voted best dognuts," I call BULLCRAP! I'm guessing the owners & employees sent in NUMEROUS votes. WORST DONUTS EVER...

Always seems like everytime I go there no matter what time it is in the morning that they're out of donuts that are popular you would think that if a donut is so popular that management would get on board and order a few extra sick and tired of waiting in line to find out that they're out of stuff I'm faithful to Heavenly Donuts however I will now take my business elsewhere because these people can't get their act together your a donut shop People Order the correct amount of donuts and please make sure that the donuts you are giving out aren't stale. And the sausage on a sausage egg and cheese isn't overcooked and hard spoke to management a few days ago about price differences between whoever serves me at the window or inside other locations are dead on accurate every single time somebody must be pocketing the money it would take a lot for me to show my face there again

Good morning Dan, I just had to go thru 10 mins of listening to how wonderful you are! Your people are terrific, polite,upbeat, friendly,positive and they said the same about you! I hope monetarily you take care of them. Because they got your back my friend.The girl that took care of me is really pretty w/dark hair a little on the heavy side. And while we were talking another chimed up and backed what she said ABout YOU!!!! VERY UNUSUAL. KIND GENEROUS,SMART,FUNNY . WELL YOU GET THE POINT. YOU are blessed You reap what you sew,right? Worse service! Told me to drive up rudely with out asking if I wanted anything else after I ordered a coffee. Then after attempting to order more stuff they were all out of I finally settled on something they had...10 seconds later pulled up to pay and they had no idea I ordered more than a coffee. No thank you or anything. Ugh so rude!!
