Domino's Pizza

Order three things from this store, only three things, they could messed them up. Only gave us two boxes. We thought they leave two with one boxes. So went to home found out. They missed one order, drive back to the store, guess what, they don't even make that order, they totally forget it. Great job!!! I wish I could give none start. Can't believe it

I usually get what I pay for. Unfortunately today’s order was delivered in an unpleasant manner. Delivery driver, Shawn, arrived with my pizza and drinks. He handed me my drinks and then a clipboard. I told him I already paid. He practically held my the pizza hostage until he received a tip. I didn’t think much of it until he said to leave a scribble instead of a signature. He was telling me to write an amount and he would “take care of the rest.” Outrageous, he should be taught how to treat customers. It isn’t my fault that delivering food isn’t providing you with sufficient funding.

Ordered a thin crust chicken bacon ranch pizza. Pizza was 20 minutes late. Driver apologized and said “they’re running low on drivers”. Pizza was thick crust and doughy, not thin crust, barely warm and no ranch. Last time I order my favorite pizza from any domino’s. In all fairness, I ate two slices. Worst pizza ever.

Ordered 3 times different times of the week and hours of the day. Every time it took over an hour (from the point the tracker said it was finished) to actually get to me. Even though it’s a 10 minute drive. They need more drivers I know the great resignation is real maybe pay your drivers more money to get them back from other delivery services.

This is the first time I haven't been satisfied with the food at the Salem Dominos. We ordered a salad that was so far from fresh, it had slimy, rotten lettuce and the rest was brown on the edges. Please throw it all away and purchase fresh ingredients. Luckily, the pizza was edible. I have to give 1 star for this to post - - otherwise, I'd give none.
