Red Robin

The negative reviews that I read were not a concern for me or my friend at this Red Robin location. I have never been to any Red Robin before and I noticed that the burgers seemed a bit overpriced. The host was kind and respectful, and the waitress was patient and humorous. We both ordered the Haystack Tavern double cheeseburger and they came with fries. This meal was actually affordable. I’d recommend putting the seasoning on the fries because I only noticed it after I ate them. The burger was great. I liked the smoky sauce and texture of the patties. The bun was toasted well and the assembly was neat. I also got a strawberry milkshake that tasted good and didn’t irritate my throat like other fast foods shakes would. I will be back again to try something new, hopefully the next person has a good time like I did.

To START OFF... we waited almost 10 minutes for someone to decide to finally walk over to the hostess stand and seat us. This was the manager and he was wearing his mask under his nose. Sat us over at the bar area in a high table. We sit down and look at the menus and decide to get a spiked strawberry lemonade. The waitress came back over with two regular strawberry lemonades. We did not see her again for 25 minutes. When she came back we said we wanted a spiked lemonade which she brought back 10 mins later ( we were charged for both even the regular lemonades we never asked for) we put in for our appetizers which someone else brought out 15 mins later. The pretzel bites were soggy and Luke warm and the fried pickles were warm and soggy as well. Had to wait another 39 minutes to even put our meal orders in after the waitress walked by us numerous times not checking to see if we needed anything and we had to wave her over. After another 20 mins our food came out and was inedible. I got the southern charm burger and this was far from a charm. The bun was soaking wet the burger was moosh and terrible. The fries were soggy and chewy inside. No one came over and asked how the food was. We did not eat either of our meals and after waiting for someone to come back after another 20 mins we just paid on the tablet and we're ready to leave. When leaving asked if we wanted a box we said no and that was that. While we were there we watched numerous people be seated finish the meal and leave. Not to mention watching one of the staff climb on top of a counter to get a bottle of alcohol from the top shelf. Will not go here again.

The restaurant was clean and appeared organized and our waitress was friendly and helpful. Downside would be $80 lunch for two adults and a toddler. We each ordered a burger plate and cocktail, our daughter had two chicken tenders, a cup of oranges and a chocolate milk and I ordered a lemonade. Seems like a lot of money for what we got but the food was prepared correctly. It's a step up from Five Guys so should really be priced as such. I probably won't return.

Absolutely atrocious. Went there with a couple of friends for some drinks and burgers. Waited over 5 minutes to be seated (there were 3 other tables seated). Ordered a jack and coke and got just coke...so I ordered another but asked to make it a bit stronger as I barely tasted alcohol and I swear I got a regular coke. The burger was super well done and dry but the bun was drenched in grease which I don't even understand when the slab of meat was like a hockey puck.
