sbarro’s customer service sucks. i would give them a 0 star, but unfortunately that’s not possible, so i give them a 1. i went to order 4 slices of cheese pizza and the employee was awfully rude and made us wait over 20 minutes to get pizza. employees are too busy talking to each other to do their job. will not be returning. 😡

The workers always seem bored and annoyed to have customers. The two emoloyees in the front had masks on, but not covering their nose at all, and the guy from the kitchen came out with no mask at all and stood for a while. My pizza was ice COLD. I dont think they even bothered to heat it up. I dont even want to eat it anymore. I will never get food from there again. Very disappointing for $5 a slice.

I have been to this place 3 times and the 3 times I had the same girl being extremely rude to me. The cashier with glasses and light brown or something hair is so disrespectful and rude. Sbarro is going to fall so bad because they don’t take care of those rude workers. She is rude to the elderly and literally everyone who goes there. Do better sbarro

Hot fresh delicious food! Staff was great. They were pretty busy when we arrived. Long lines but the staff kept everything and everyone moving along smoothly. We did have to wait for a pizza (which of course, they were busy) but, it was perfect and still the wait was not long at all. Even though they were busy, they still made sure to check that we had everything we needed before we left. Keep it up!

Absolutely the worst service ever! There was a line of five of us. There was a young man who looked directly at me twice and continue to work on putting a pizza together and get one out of oven, and completely ignored the line. There was a young girl who not only was doing the cash register, drinks and took persons before me order as he continue to ignore the line. Absolutely no customer service by this young man and the manager who i was informed was in back prepping. If you cant run a franshise properly dont open one and if you cant hire people with great customer service you shouldn’t be in charge of managing much of anything.

Consistently the most god awful customer service I’ve ever had the displeasure of experiencing!!! I’ve visited 5 different locations with my sister over the past year in our travels, and no matter which location we go to the customer service is always bottom of the barrel at best, always, ignored, always treated rudely, always made to wait for in excess of 12 minutes while an employee stares at you but refuses to greet you or take your order.
