Drove from Lynchburg to get my son dairy free cupcakes for his birthday!and they were the 💣! I also loved the fact that I got to speak with the owner about what she does and how she goes about things! My mom saw her on the news and told me about corbyn’s confections! I highly recommend u run a low risk of cross contamination or a mixup because it’s a small business rather than a big franchise business! I’m all for supporting local businesses especially right now with the pandemic!

Corbin’s Confections made our wedding cake and it was absolutely amazing! Having a serious gluten allergy is always stressful at big events, and I wanted to be able to eat my own wedding cake. We did a vanilla layer, maple layer, and a chocolate layer; they were all amazing. Nobody could tell it was gluten free, AND it was also egg free! We had so many compliments, and it was gorgeous as well. Thank y’all so much for making my cake dreams come true!

Boring, lacking flavor, ordinary at best. I've had better at a supermarket. Got the eclair and the was very boring, custard was ordinary and watery, chocolate icing had very little character (think hersey bars melted and drizzled on top). Also got a carrot cake cupcake and again icing was ordinary at best. The carrot cake was , shall I say, boring. Carrot cake is one of those things that if you know how to bake, you can really create something special. They did not. Plus it didn't really seem fresh. Perhaps they need to rethink the whole gluten and nut free thing? Restore the flavor !

If God were to recreate paradise it would be right here. I promise you that nothing here tastes like gluten free. You would share that this was a traditional bakery the food is amazing and the staff are some of the nicest people around. The wife was in heaven with the cinnamon roll and the chocolate scones were to die for.

These folks create amazing gluten free, nut free desserts with a passion. They experiment with new flavors each week but continue to make the delicious standards. We visit a couple of time a week. Great place for a cup of tea and a conversation. Worth the trip! Wow butter items are fantastic. Wait until you try the eclairs!

I am so glad I discover this little gem of a bakery. Corbin is a dedicated bakery free of all gluten and nuts. They will even adapt to a vegan item when requested. I have tried so many items it is almost too much to list. Cinnamon Rolls, cupcakes, doughnuts and blueberry pie is just a few of the sweets. The biscuits are as large as a Grand Biscuit and oh so fluffy and tasty too. I have ordered Cinnamon Raisin Bread, Rosemary Bread and just recently Sourdough bread that all equally out of this world. I have even purchase sub rolls and even pizza crusts too. I can go on and on telling you all the items I have recently bought over these past few months, yes I feel like a child in a candy store. I understand the time that it takes to create with these special treats with restrictions for all of us that are in need of it. Now if you are looking for that special treat take the time and call them ahead on a Monday or Tuesday. Your treats will be ready when the doors are open on Friday and Saturday. I feel very confident and safe to eat anything from this dedicated bakery. Everything is truly made with love here.
