Mcdonald's

I went this week for ice cream - it’s been over 90 degrees and guess what…the machine is broken that’s twice this week it was broken. It may have been broken all week who knows I only went twice. I ordered a chocolate shake instead and was given a cup with chocolate water in it and whip cream on top. I was told the shake machine wasn’t working right either. I asked for a refund and the manager came to the window. She grabbed my card from me swiped it and threw it back at me with a receipt of the refund and never said a word. The young ladies working the drive through however were very nice.

Everybody in my party wanted Macdonnalds this lunchtime. I admit that my heart sank a little bit at the prospect but I was thankfully proved wrong. The burger (single pattie smoke house) was new take on a bbq theme and was nicely flavoured with mini onion rings. The service was fast food quick and the restaraunt modern and well laid out.

NEVER going back again. Gave me someone else’s order. Denied having the order even though they said the name going through the drive thru. Someone cussed us out after we demanded the food. Had to come inside. Another employee cussed us out. Refused to give us the names of the employees who cussed us out. Threatened Bodily Harm upon us. And after all of that… there was multiple round of SPIT in all food items. We decided that it wasn’t worth possibly going to jail over food so we just let it go. 12 dollars down the drain from the most entitled people ever. All I ask is if you want McDonalds in the area… you then just go to the one on Apperson Dr. At least THAT one has actually good management
