Marco's Pizza

There's lots to like about Marcos. For the price, the pizza is great. There are some really nice takeout coupons on the website. The website is one of the nicer websites I've used to order pizza. The service is quick and and has always been accurate. I like the partnership with Family Video, we take advantage of the free 5 day movie rental.

Probably one of the worst pizza places in the area. I predict failure as other places have higher quality pizza or they actually deliver which would have been a plus for them. Also had another bad experience there just asking to have a 20$ bill broken guy wouldn't even sell me a pop to break it. I've actually ate their pizza it's pretty standard nothing special recommend East of Chicago or Pizza Hut over this place.

Had my daughter call and order just to be told they stopped delivering. So I called back and spoke with "Josh" and asked isn't it company policy that my order be delivered as long as it's placed before you are closed. He knowingly said "Yes it is but it's my personal preference and I want to get out of here" .. So needless to say we didn't get to place an order nor did we want to after that conversation probably never will again honestly it's the second time someone has got smart with us over the phone actually same employee because they just didn't want to deliver.. This is not the Marcos I remember being a shift leader at we never treated our customers like that nor told them we just flat out didn't care about company policy.. Horrible service

The worst service ive ever had. Have ordered from these guys a few times but several of those times I've never had anybody show up. I've called them and they have PERSONALLY told me they we will bring your pizza. This happened like 3 or 4 times the last time (today) the guy was EXTREMELY ignorant!!! We will never be ordering from this place again.

I use to get a pizza every Friday from Marcos and then just got a little tired of pizza.I just tried them again the other day because I got a coupon in mail said we haven't seen you in awhile.I ordered 1 extra large pizza and when I opened the box at home,they couldn't even be bothered to cut it.Not the fact it was poorly cut,they didn't even try.Pizza was not close to as good as it use to be.
