Cheddar Depot

Bit of a longer story here a long time ago a good friend of mine passed away and we made shirts to memorialize her passing up untill a few months ago I never visited this place and as I walked in the first thing I noticed was the same old shirts we made many years ago for her it was a bit of a bitter sweet moment for me and as I ordered I explained the importance of the shirts to the staff and they commemorated her because of who she was and the effect her death had on our town. Their food there is absolutely amazing if your traveling through or just have never been here it is a must the staff is some of the most humble and special people I've met and their food really REALLY hits the spot.

Not too bad of a place to eat. We went before school was let out. Little did I know that place becomes completely packed with children. Hardly with any that had their parents around. I guess that's the kids hang out spot from the middle school after school lets out. The whole building became over ran with children. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. They bump into you and don't apologize. Some were yelling and talking Extremely Loud. Now granted their children but the respect level was not there.

Being new to the area we heard about this place and decided to check it out. I got a deli sandwich which was ok. Average. French fries were very good. The ice cream scoop was generous. Only bottled drinks so had to pay for a drink of water. The store offered a variety of snack type items. Deli meats and cheese. See photos for this. My husband got a jar of jalapeño jelly. The fudge looked very good although we did not get any after the big scoop of ice cream. There are several tables for eating in and also outdoor seating. It is an okay place and a quick stop. But having tried it out I don’t feel the desire to go back.
