Mcdonald's

Since adding their kiosks inside ordering is terrible. 1 man and I waited 15 minuets for someone to come to the register to take out orders. I do not use kiosks or self checkout anywhere. 1, I am not employed at those establishments and will not be doing their jobs for them and 2, they are NOT sanitized between each use. When I finally received my food it was cold, cheese was nowhere near melted on anything, and for $25 for 2 breakfast meals with orange juice I will go to a decent sit down restaurant and pay the extra $5 for a good meal and good service.

I placed a mobile app order, and chose to pick it up curbside. I got home and was missing a $5 sandwich and dipping sauces for my chicken. I immediately called and talked to a manager who told me to come back and they would give me my missing sandwich. My husband went to pick it up, showed our receipt, who I'd spoken to and underlined the missing item. The manager himself got our sandwich and my husband came home. I opened the bag and it was the WRONG sandwich! This isn't the first time I've had issues with this location not giving me everything in my order, or giving me the wrong item. To make matters worse, other locations we've stopped at in the last couple of months has given us the same, sub-par service. I'm tired of being robbed every time I go to ANY McDonald's. I guess it's time to give up the "Golden Arches".

Well the reason for the three rating is only because they seem to have issues with keeping the menu items stocked at the store because they are always out of something and this is all the time from frappe mechanic is down and sausage gravy and biscuits are always out and also other items but the service is good the quality of the food that they have is good cleanliness is also good so pick it up guys

Stopped by at 11:05 when hours say they are open till midnight and "was updated by the business 3 weeks ago" according to google. I was shood out of the drive thru and told that thier closed... on the other side of town tacobell is packed with everyone they turned away since theyre kind enough to have accurate hours posted... update your hours or stay open. This has happened almost everytime we have tried to order

Not one to leave a review, but this was the single worst service I’ve had anywhere! Was just through and ordered a Big Mac meal large with a coke. Get to the window to pay and get told they are out of coke. Ok, fair enough. Ordered a Dr Pepper instead. Get to the window to get my food and drink, and get handed a diet Dr Pepper. I ordered a regular Dr Pepper I explained. Girl says no problem. Has me pull forward to wait on the Dr Pepper, and hands me my bag of food. I wait 10 min on a Dr Pepper only to be handed another Diet Dr Pepper. I gave up and took that and drove off. As I checked my food going down the road, I discover my Big Mac has only 1 meat patty on it, second one is replaced by all pickles. Fry that was supposed to be large was a small. The worst part is, all the food was ice cold. Like it’s not even been cooked. Would’ve went back to make them fix it, but not sure they are capable. Staff all looked to be very young. No adult manager appeared to be on staff to supervise. Place was way over staffed, but had 0 supervision and 0 training of any employees. Whoever runs this store really should be ashamed of the product they are producing. I pitched my food and went elsewhere for dinner. Best advice, if thinking of stopping at the Salem McDonald’s, don’t eat here!
