Overall a good first visit. They were quite busy but we were seated quickly. The service was mildly friendly but fast. We got our food in less than 10 minutes. My biscuits and gravy was good, nothing great. Nothing really fancy, just a classic breakfast diner with good food.

Driving through Salina on I 70. We stoped at Bayards had breakfast, food was fantastic huge portions price is very reasonable the service was very friendly and fast. The restaurant is a little dated. Still 5 stars next time we drive through Salina we will definitely stop.

Had a pork tenderloin sandwich and fries. I wanted to try chicken fried steak but didn't want to go in a food coma. The other person with me ordered it. We both had plenty to eat. I wanted pie, but no room for it and we were traveling. This was a good place to stop to not eat fast food on the road.

I eat out a lot and this place had one of the best breakfast specials I have ever eaten. Each menu item was perfectly cooked and this was during a busy time with the restaurant packed on a Sunday ,ez4zdz4

Good cafe. Excellent burgers if you order both grilled and raw onions. Good fries, dinner steak, garlic toast is outstanding. Chili and mashed potatoes are ok but not great. Ham and bean soup is good. Good family style restaurant.
