Taco Bell

I hate leaving bad reviews but this is something that has happened every time I’ve gone to this location. I ordered the nacho fries burrito (added and took some items off ) and they gave me a bean and cheese burrito that had sauce EVERYWHERE. I use to work at Taco Bell so I understand how chaotic it can be, however there were only two people in line, and I only had two food items and a drink. It’s really frustrating especially since they had my order correct on receipt but gave me something completely different. It was also cold.

I'm the biggest taco bell fan in the world. Have also worked in food service when I was young, so I have much respect. I would never leave a bad review unless it was constant bad service. This place is out of everything you want every time you go. Someone needs to start ordering more food, but I think half the time they just don't want to make it bc you special order.Then the worst part is you go home to unwrap your double back up choice, and what you find is either a burrito that looks like it was made yesterday or a soggy mess with more ingredients outside the shell than in. I tell myself every time. Give them one more chance, but I am constantly disappointed. Just for reference check out the other reviews I have left here in salina. Most of them are 5 stars compliments, giving props to a food service team that messed up but did everything they could to make it right, or complimenting a team that was low staffed but still doing their best. I will be avoiding this taco bell, and driving across town until I hear from management or someone telling me they have taken care of the issues.

Ordered. LARGE group order for the ER. When I pulled up to the window they asked me to pull to the side. Somebody by the name of OC came out and offered me a free drink for the wait. When the order was ready OC and Shawn came out with all the food and a bag for plates, sauces and free dessert. Told me they were thankful for nurses. Very polite caring workers. Thanks again for making our day with a small act of kindness.
