It was decent sushi and rolls. I was surprised at the size of some of the roll pieces. It made for an unpleasant experience. Trying to either eat it in one bite, or taking a bite and having the piece fall apart. -1 star. Look closely at the picture of the roll. Huge pieces! What really surprised me was being served with a chipped plate! That plate should be thrown out. Period! What a dumb liability to put out on a table. -1 star.

Food is great... but atmosphere & service is terrible. Walked in to the entire restaurant - ALL tables - full of dirty dishes. Party of 2 and couldn't be seated because no tables were available. Meanwhile 3 young servers were busy gossiping in the corner. Instead of helping the busser clear their tables, they chose to talk and gossip around. This is how businesses lose customers.

Unpleasant experience! Food: salty imitation crab, second time around; thin slices of salmon while prices have gone up. Brought this attention to server while she has swung by to ask if everything alright. She said, “sorry to hear that.” While paying by the cashier, another server commented, “no one has complained about it.” That’s not true because this was mentioned to them already before. Her comment, seemingly defending the restaurant, made things even worse. It makes the customer’s feedback unwelcome. She has no clue that comments are not for personal use, they are supposedly heard to I improve the product or probably even service. I’ve been coming here for years, however, the service has deteriorated significantly. Servers are not trained in customer service, only basic in taking orders, bringing food and collecting payment. Loss of one customer will be replaced by other new customers anyway. Dirty chairs, lost ambiance, poor service, indifferent responses of these young ladies in black, overall decline in quality, higher prices make not worth going back. It’s already a business potential loss. Sorry to say these! I’m glad this happened because I’d rather save my money and stop coming here after hundreds of times in years! (I used to come here every week or every other week.) My only compliment is for those older sushi makers still doing their best.

Would not recommend. Sushi rolls were falling apart and nearly inedible, I couldn’t stop laughing trying to figure out how to eat it because it was such a sloppy mess. Service was less than great as well (drink refill requests were ignored or forgotten about, empty appetizer dishes were left on the table even when asked if they could be taken away) and it was just an awkward uncomfortable mess of an experience.

The service here is absolutely horrible. And that’s sad because the food is actually quite good. The last three times we’ve been here the waitresses are slow and forgetful. I’ve had to flag them down to get my wife water. They should really not keep seating people if they can not keep up. Customer service is what generates tips.

Went in on Friday June 25 Ordered the teriyaki chicken & tempura also the dragon roll. Myself and my boyfriend got food poisoning from the chicken plate, I’m so sad that this happened because it’s usually our sushi go to when we want something close to home. I do not think we will be going back because feeling like this is not ok.

We had takeout. I got the tonkatsu ramen. It had an overdone poached egg that was like a rubbery puck at the bottom of the soup. Sulfury taste, like it had been sitting in there. I wish I could have tasted anything else. Spicy tuna roll was as expected. Parents thought their dish was salty. Didn’t like the chicken. The salmon was ok. Overall a mediocre experience. Might try them again, seems like the sushi rolls come out well but the other kitchen items are hit or miss.
