I used the large pizza promotion, which is a great price. However my order was wrong and I placed my order as the delivery truck was arriving so there was a shortage of some ingredients and a bit slower service. not the best for a slow afternoon.

After Round Table Pizza dropped anchovies from their menu I chose Domino's as my pizza place while I am in Salinas. (I am an OTR Truck driver). Online ordering was super easy. Their Tracker/GPS/Text msg. was a great addition to the ordering experience. The pizza was fantastic. they are my pizza place when I am in Salinas.

I pick up from here on my way home from work, I live over 30 minutes aways. I get home and my order is wrong. Very frustrating. The print out on the box was correct so my order was received correctly, they just failed to add the 3 missing ingredients I had to pay extra for 🙄.

As a 37 year old woman I am outraged by this. I recently ordered from here and was charged $45.25 they over priced me!! I was supposed to pay $41.52 not $45.25!! I have never felt more oppressed!! I will be filing a law suit if this company doesn't refund me. Never ordering from here again!!!

I'm a traditionalist pizza guy myself, but my kids love this Domino's meal with 2 medium pizzas, bread stick bites, cinnamon bites and a 2 liter of soda for $25.00. That's a win, win situation for a parent. I'm happy they are HAPPY, no hesitation WHEN I'm near a Domino's. I don't have a Domino's in my area but when I'm near one and nobody wants a fast food burger, Domino's hands down, first choice, no hesitation. Do it, Do it!!

Pizza were made quick but no one brought them to us (it was a curbside pick up, tapped "we're here" in their website and even turned our blinkers on to help them find us.) Had to go inside to get them myself. Got no apologies. And they were out of table napkins at 6p.

I tap the link where it states I'm Here. And the front takes a while to acknowledge you. In February 2020. I ordered online and when I arrived exactly the tracker stated that it was ready when I was inside the Domino's restaurant. Turns out they didn't have it ready and they were about to make my order. A little
longer than halfways of baking my pizza the staff asked if I wanted wings as complimentary. I said "Will they be out on time by the time I get my pizza." Staff said "No." So I passed up and asked "How about reimbursement for your mistake/error service". Staff said "No." It was less than $10 Dollars my pizza. I prefer going to the Domino's that's not in the East side of Salinas area. It's on the other side of town. North side of Salinas have better service.
