This burger king makes you wait like 3-5 minutes before they take your order. Then when they take your order and you get to the window there's More than enough workers there that could and should be focusing on quality, speed of service and outstanding customer service . Attention upper mngt Much room for improvement here .

Decided to try the burger melt. When I opened the package, there seemed to be a half cup of goo and onions everywhere. No napkins in the bag. I took two bites and was disgusted. The onions and goo drowned the sandwich. I had to wipe down the sandwich and wrapper before I took a bite. Smh.

The doors say they open at 6am, Google maps says it opens at 6am... yet every day I'll show up around 6:15-30am and both drive-thru and dinning are closed.... an employee usually comes to the door and say their not ready.... its ridiculous.

Go here if you want your order to be wrong. Also, not fast food by any definition. Took 24 minutes just to place order. Why didn't I leave? Stuck in the drive through. Car in front and behind

They close the doors at 8 o'clock even though it says they're open till 10 which makes then which makes it really unconvenient when you're doing doordash. One star because the employees think lets us close early because we're lazy...

First time at this location. It was clean and looked like it had been remodeled recently. The food was hot, fast, and delish. Highly recommend this location.

Per this post, it says the store hours are confirmed. I believe that’s wrong, they aren’t open till midnight. They close at whatever time they want and open whenever they want. This place is horrible with their times.
