Thank u Martha for ur service!, they had no shake machine and frozen pie lol but ur attitude was so important and before my departure we where laughing and shared a BK moment LoL. Regardless I will be back it was memorable. Customer service is at this BK I was impressed.

After doctor appointment wife was feeling a little hungry so she wanted to go to Burger King we ordered two Whoppers small fries small drinks coupon was for 8.99 everything was fresh delicious outstanding job guys my wife is very content now she had enjoyed the meal that was piping hot and fresh

Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever ate at. My burger patty was cold, my fries were cold and the people wokrijg there were beyond rude. I am going to make a corporate franchise complaint, after reading all these horrible reviews I am supposed BK has not closed this franchise down.

I order 3 chicken sandwiches today 1.5.21 and all three were burnt. Horrible service. Tried calling BK to let them know. No one answer. Very disappointed!!!!never again buying from this location.

This place has failed me too many times. I got frozen pancakes!!! like literally frozen no attempt to heat them. Do not drive away till u checked the bags because they ALWAYS give me incomplete orders. I work retail and I will tell you this if bk has supervisors/ managers that simply do not care about the quality of theyre work or employees work and importance of customer service than this issue will continue at this place. Managers are accountable for this and need to be on top of everything

I'm sorry, but I had to lower my rating to 2 stars, originally it was 5. The service there has been getting worse.
The people are rude and don't make the orders like asked to. Missing food or the wrong order. The last 3 times it's been like this. Also why would you wash and put away the blender for the shakes 45 minutes before closing? I wasn't going to order just 1, I was going to order 5 of them.
Not to mention the app which lags and takes forever.

Poor customer set up (no trays, you have to ask for everything). Dry biscuits, generally no taste food. Coffee was better.
