2 stars because the weakness overpasses the strengths. Order accuracy, and poor customer service at this location. Seems to not have any management, on duty called at 12:30pm and they said manager would be gone until 4pm. Food is good, would rate higher if these weren't big issues, but people want to come for good service and food.

If the big guy w/ the glasses is the host? COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL,LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.First thing he says is I can’t bring in a stroller because it will be in the way of people? Ok, I let it slide until I asked NICELY for a high chair, that’s when I gave me a disgusting look/response and pointed it to grab it from the stacked up ones. waiting for someone to take our order took 13-15 min. If you want someone who’s miserable to seat you and to wait for a while- this is the place. It used to be a nice place to come but DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK NOR RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE.

Tried to order Fajitas with meat and shrimp (fajita mixtas) and said they couldnt do it because it wasnt on the menu. Like WHAT? Just substitute the chicken and she still said no. HORRIBLE SERVICE even on the phone. How cant you make a small exception. Never been denied for just ordering meat and shrimp fajitas lol this is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time here. Let them go out of business.

They took a long time to notice us and bring the menu, saw some help wanted signs probably they were short staffed. Ordered horchata they didn’t have it, so I asked for a sangria unfortunately it was warm. The shrimp tostada was really good. The birria taco’s didn’t like them so much they were very very grease. My daughter did like her Veggie burrito ( she asked without meat ). I’ll go again only to taste more sea food I guess, because to be honest the shrimp tostada was really good. Also that is surrounded by screen TVs.

We used to go every weekend, food was really good we stop going , but know I don't think I will be going back anytime soon. Services was bad I told one of the waitress that the tacos were to hard to eat especially for the kids , she rolled her eyes and told us if we wanted tortillas to replace the ones that were hard. Who does that instead of taking the plate and replacing the hole taco. Really disappointed. I usually don't complain because I understand really well others people make mistakes we are not perfect ,I'm not perfect but I think that was really rude of rolling her eyes and getting upset because I complained.
