Disgusting. Never understood the long lines. Food is dry and flavorless not enough sriracha or soy sauce can help it. Mostly a non Asian customer base so they don't have as much standards. Not worth the money!

It's delicious. Greasy, but yummy and I like that they make it when you order it! Piping hot teriyaki chicken with soba noodles were sweet and delicious!

Fabulous shrimp teriyaki. I've never received so many pieces of shrimp in one plate/bowl (compared to the other popular Asian eatery in the food court). The shrimp, veggies, and rice, were deliciously fresh and tasty. This will definitely be my go-to when I visit the mall.

I like this spot! They give delicious food, their menu is varied, The cook in that spot is very trained, I love very much eating all their dishes. The dishes are consistently of high class, the service towards the customers is very good too. I often go to this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it to all my friends.

My friends and I used to come here either just for the food or on the way to the movies. This place is amazing, definitely the best Sarku chain that I have been to and I have been to three. They have sriracha which not every chain has, unfortunately. Get the Double Chicken and Shrimp Teriyaki!

Loved (past tense) their food... portions varies by the person and their attitude. Their service SUCKS!!! God forbid they made a mistake to your order or you request additional of something you paid extra for... they get rude and loud about it. The food is not worth their humiliation!!! Many times these grown "men" act like teenaged looking ridiculous. Bad impressions.

japanese food and the feeling at this location is excellent. I love snacking here. Service treated us so nice. The prices are good for what you get. Menu is similar to a restaurant in Jacksonville I loved.
