I want everyone to know they put up signs around the mall advertising a free pretzel on “free pretzel day” but refused to honor it and refused to provide information on it. They’re given the promotion material to advertise and they display it but just give excuses and don’t give out a free pretzel on free pretzel day. If you don’t want to give out free pretzels don’t put signs up saying get a free pretzel. I’m contacting the customer service trying to see about them not giving you signs to advertise free pretzel day because you refuse to cooperate. This is only a review because how rude and frustrating the experience was.
And yes I know when free pretzel day is. Don’t let this location advertise free pretzel day anymore.

Best Pretels you will find as long as they are fresh. If not fresh dont even try they are not good enough. If they fresh they are amazing.
