Target

Ive stopped to pick up a few items for our pet cat. Target offers us curbside delivery. The young worker was courteous, very polite, friendly & on top of his work performance. My experience was very pleasant and non-confrontational job well done it only took eight minutes and & because what I viewed they had a lot of other vehicles picking up orders as well when I went to pick up our order.

Return desk was friendly and efficient.,shoe dept ,checkout,and woman's clothing was busy. checked out with self go out , that was quick.employees weren't very helpful,helpful ..kids everywhere,around.running with no one ,watching them,stuff all over,.. over all Bathing suits disaster.clothing on floor.

I had a bad interaction with a rude Customer service associate Mary Lou at the Salinas location. She was rude abrasive and not friendly at all or willing to help me with a price adjustment. Luckily a kind worker Anahi came and knew exactly how to help jumped in very knowledgeable with the target app and was able to assist me.

I did not know that there was a limit to which to do returns without a receipt, I had a few presents to returns and unfortunately I was not provided with a gift receipt. I was upset because they give you only $100 within a year. I had to either take someone else with an ID or wait a year. I called Corporate spoke with Benny, I think he gave me a fake name, his attitude as soon as he picked up the line was horrible and over talked when I was speaking. I did not mind having store credit but their service with an attitude was not called for. If your not happy where you are then don't work there to give customers a hard time. Not all customers are a Karen.
