Blue Aces Bake Shoppe

This is hands down the best bakery on the central coast (and probably beyond). First of all their baked goods are delicious, downright amazing. Secondly, they are gorgeous, tiny little feasts for the eyes and tummy. Thirdly the people that work here and run the shop are kind, friendly, and community minded. As a resident and as an event planner that has the pleasure of doing business with this team regularly I have to tell you that they are the best. They constantly amaze me with their creativity and kindness to all. They are a gem of a business for the central coast!

Simply amazing treats, they are flavorful and delicious. The creativity in this place is perfect, some of the treats look so good with excellent attention to detail they make you want to eat them even when you don't know what it is yet. I recommend this place to anyone with a sweet tooth. Very good employees as well they were smiling and paid attention to what i was looking for. Cynthia in particular stood out the most give that girl a raise.

The bakery it pays attention to detail here. The pastries and the creativity is amazing! The taste of the delicious treats are absolutely delicious. She is very kind and really puts a creative twist to her treats. The macarons are some of the best I have ever tasted and they are so fluffy and she has a lot of flavors! Each one is individually created by scratch and she has about 12 flavors. It is in a great convenient location because it is an Old Town Salinas and it is next to Maya Cinemas!

Excellent French macarons. Cheesecake desserts are delicious. With a family member with Celiac, I appreciate the gluten-free options. The staff members have always treated me kindly. I wish the parking situation was easier, but it is a busy, impacted area, and if I'm going to stuff my face with cookies and candy, a little walk is probably a good idea anyway.

This little shop is just delightful. So many beautifully decorated goodies and reminds me of the corner soda shop or nostalgic San Francisco the way it is Decorated. The owner is such a pleasent friendly young lady. The place to go if you are planning an event wedding or its your turn to bring the snacks to school. Adrian will hook you right up.

This was my first time coming into this shop. It was a little difficult to find and overall just a-ok . I tried a few of the macs and to my disappointment the pastry was a little too stale for my liking. The taste was pretty good but nothing special. They also have various pastries throughout the small shop which spelled delicious but I did not try those . I might come back again and give it another try .
