Mcdonald's

I come to this location a lot, and never had a bad experience. I do Doordash everyday and they’re really good with the orders but I just can’t get over how the employees don’t greet you at all specially in drive-thru. I understand they’re “tired or in a rush or busy” but come on at least greet the customers. Say something. That’s my o my complain, I’m a very nice understanding customer, I always say hello and thank you very much have a great day etc. please greet customer!

Everything about this place is trash. The employees tell people to wear their mask, but don't sanitize or even so much as wipe down a single table. Floor is covered in trash. Curbside takes 30 minutes after you hit "I'm here". They have both speakers open in drive thru yet only service one side leaving 2-3 cars just trapped in the drive thru. Homeless walk up to you while sitting in drive thru. Parking lot as a whole is a horror show. DO NOT GO HERE. If McDonald's wasn't already bad enough for you, this place will be the death of you. And yes, I assure you, it is really that bad.

Went drive thru and person taking order kept saying anything else?? What's up with people at drive thru when you say one item you want to order there in a rush to get the order in one breathe.....We also ordered 20 pc nuggets and didn't receive any sauce or even ketchup... Custo.er Service needs some better trading??
