Chipotle Mexican Grill

They had a line out the door because of short staffing. A few minutes later they just closed the store for in-person ordering. Management needs to step up and run this place better! The 5 Guys Burgers nextdoor is run very well and has plenty of workers. I recommend you go there when this Chipotle won't serve you.

Ive been eating Chipotle since they first opened in Colorado over a decade ago. One of my favorite establishments without a doubt. However, this location offers one of the worst experiences Ive had time and time again. The vibe is very depressing and always seems like staff is short causing delays and quality control issues. This is understandable considering covid, but this place is disgusting. Overflowing trash cans, everything is sticky and hasnt been wiped down from what I can see and this was before a rush. Id hope this place can get it together because it certainly diminishes my love for this place. Guess Ill have to find a Qdoba lol

One of the most frustrating experiences. We walked in to order. And they only take online orders. So walked back outside downloaded the app, and you have to create an account. After 10 mins of putting information in. It kept saying sorry, can't create account right now, try again later. So, my friend tried to create an account on his phone, and once again, said that account can not be created. So we called up and the Bot is the only thing that can take your order because employees are not allowed to take phone orders. After 45 mins of trying to put in an order. The Bot said it couldn't understand my card info, and said to call back and put in the order again when ready.We ended up going to a different place to eat. WORST CHIPOTLE SERVICE EVER!

[Zero Star] Ordered Via App: On 01/22/2022, pick 1300 hours, (Confirmation # 9CD-JA8) I ordered a Sofritas Bowl, with extra Sofritas ($3.30+), they not only completely messed up my order, they did not even give me the extra Sofritas portion, which i paid extra. The food portion was meager, I asked for extra Fajita Veggies, and Lettuce and they did not add any of that. The food was too salty. I felt like they gave me a sample of what should be in the Burrito Bowl for the price of full entrée with extra entrée. I was very disappointed in the service at this location. I would never order from this location again. Store owners don’t respond to this review with generic copy-paste to contact your HQ and tell them about your service; why don’t you fix the problem you have and take a look at how you train your employees the way they prepare the food. Your employees are a reflection of you; If this is your culture of shorting people for their food and giving them wrong items and not looking at the order, then you should copy-paste my review and send it to your HQ. Once again I will never order from your store again. Thank you
