Brio Italian Grille

Melissa took such great care of my partner and I on our 5 year anniversary! She was attentive and bubbly while also able to answer all of our questions regarding our many dietary restrictions. I haven't gone out to eat much after the pandemic but she definitely changed my views after tonight!! I wish there was a better way for me to thank Melissa for making going above and beyond to make our anniversary so so special!! She needs a raise!!

We ate here on our first night in Salt Lake. It was a great choice. Our server was Rebecca and she was awesome. Walked us thru the menu and made great suggestions. Our food was amazing (Pasta Brio, Risotto w/ Shrimp, split a Gorgonzola wedge salad). Rebecca went above and beyond with her service. She took the time to write down names and addresses of several brewing companies for us to try. Only comment was short pours on a 9oz wine. Don’t miss this restaurant!!

The only possible complaint was that there were multiple couples there with crying babies. Leave them home on a Friday night! Interrupting other people's nice dinner isn't fun for anyone. The carpaccio was incredible. Cocktails were well balanced and tasty Entrees were perfect sized, and flavors. Even the simple vanilla gelato to share for dessert was a perfect compliment to the meal. This feels like a $150-250 meal, for $100-$125 prices.

A very nice restaurant to enjoy a meal. We went for a quick bite and just dabbled with some appetizers. Chose the calamari and the margarita flat bread. The calamari was good, flavors were good but there was an acidic punch missing; definitely still would recommend. The margarita bread was on point! I did get the strawberry basil lemonata… it was okay, flavors were good but the menu described basil in the drink, I expected fuller basil leaves, just a preference 😌. Overall, great ambiance and atmosphere. Only negative was the service seemed inattentive… I wouldn’t put too much stock in that though, I would definitely recommend and will definitely be back!
