This might be my favorite burger in Utah. They cook their patties medium (by default) and this is the perfect way to cook a burger. The bacon/bleu burger is amazing and my wife really enjoyed the celestial burger too. Their fries and their fry sauce are both amazing as well. Only get the garlic fries if you really love garlic because they are packed with it. We loved them. I wish they had another location that 21+ so that I could bring my kids here. The atmosphere isn’t for everyone but they definitely know what they are going for.

What a great experience! Now I know what all the hype is about! When we got there we were greeted by Mercedes and Alex. These two smiling individuals seemed just as happy to see us, as we were to see them. Remember, you must have a valid ID, 21 and older, to enter. We were then seated; we chose to be seated on the outside patio...perfect day for it too😊. We were given our menus and welcomed by our wonderfully bubbly, and patient server, Sheila! Trust me, when our group gets together, you need patience...lol. We ordered drinks, water, and creamed cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon for starters, which cake with a delicious pairing of dipping sauce. Next we ordered our meals; Firehouse burgers, garlic and basil burger (Breath Enhancer), Ring-of-Fire burger, and the Pigpen burger; all with sides of your choice...we did different varieties of fries. We even bought their T-shirts😁. This is a "must try" establishment on my list of places to go to!

I had a lot of fun here. I read another review about the host on the door, and to be honest I thought they were a bit hostile at first, but when half our group turns up without proper ID (having to go back to the hotel), some with all their bags, and we're there without a booking, I wonder how many times over he has to deal with that and be patient. I felt his pain. I just wanted to eat. Got in and were seated at a central high table with a good view of the screens, looked for some of the food challenges wall of fame, browsed the beers, opted for a hearty big burger (I think the Pig Pen?) with a bunch of sides and some local cans. I think I was still reeling from the antics of the night before as the burger seemed huge but not out of scope of what I'd normally put away. Delicious though - I like my burgers a little less well done, but it was hearty, heavy and indulgent. Glad I didn't go for the Ring of Fire - one of the group got it and struggled completely. Not for the faint hearted. Worth a visit for sure.
