Btg Wine Bar

We ended up here as a backup dinner when Caffe Molise was full but I am glad it happened! The food was sublime and even for being busy, we got our food quickly. I had the wagyu burger and it might have been one of the very best burgers I have ever had. My husband’s butternut squash ravioli had him wishing he could eat two orders! I never would have thought to go to a bar (while we each had a drink, we don’t drink often) for dinner so I am glad we kind of ended up there because that food was incredible!

First off, I'm from out of town and these guys are way way better then Spencer's. Secondly, I have celiacs and they guided me on what to order and I didn't get sick. I'm writing this the next day so if you have celiacs you know. Third, the wine in all bottles is protected by argon, which is heavier than air. You'll never have a bad wine at this place and they have a selection. Fourth, service is great. Fifth, food was great. If I come back to Salt Lake, I'll bring my fellow travelers here. With that I give them 5 stars on every thing.

I've been there twice and had a great experience each time! The wine flights were excellent. The Nuts and Olives were a hit both times and the Cheese board was really nice (although it was missing the nuts 🤔). Service was excellent! It's a little pricey overall, but good for a special event or quick drink. Super cute place. MAKE A RESERVATION or you likely won't get a table.
