Hub & Spoke Diner

Recently visited the Hub and Spoke diner for a breakfast get together and it was amazing! There were several things I wanted to try which sounded delicious so I will be back, but I had the smoked salmon Benedict and it’s one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. Definitely can’t wait to visit this place again. The portions were great for the price.

Stopped by for brunch. The parking lot is not huge, but there is street parking. Staff was incredibly friendly and got two of us seated right away even though we had no reservation. Chicken and waffles was a fun spin on a classic with a wonderful sweet heat. The breakfast burrito was very flavorful and had just the right amount of spice. Portions were generous, and didn't leave hungry. Will for sure be coming back next time I'm in the area.

I wish I could speak more highly of Hub and Spoke, but I can't... because it's already AMAZING! The wait staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. Service was fast but didn't detract from quality. The food was so delicious and the mimosas tasty, so many varieties to choose from. I highly recommend the Lavender Lemonade mimosa personally! Go check them out for brunch!

One of the best places for brunch in Salt Lake! The food here is so delicious and comforting. If you’re looking for a place that has a great variety, reasonable prices and fast friendly service this is it! So many different flavors of mimoas. The Kentucky hot brown was sooo good! The brisket Benedict was great as well but a little spicy for me but good if you like jalapeños. Had a short wait but it went by fast. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about this experience was wonderful! The food looked and tasted even better than imagined, we sat on the back patio which had such a lovely and comfortable atmosphere, and our server Sophia was so kind and accommodating, she absolutely went above and beyond! Thanks so much for a great experience, definitely coming here again!

Absolutely loved my breakfast experience at Hub and Spoke. I went with a group of friends on a Saturday morning around 10:00 am. We were afraid it would be a long wait, but for our four top we only had to wait about 10 minutes before being seated. We ordered lots of drinks! The fresh orange juice was delightful, but for around the same price (slightly cheaper) everyone else got alcoholic drinks. The brunch punch was an apple cider with whiskey, the mimosas were delicious, and two friends ordered milkshakes as well. I got eggs Benedict and it was so delicious, super flavorful ham, eggs cooked to perfection, and of course topped with delicious hollandaise sauce. The breakfast potatoes were to die for, my friend tried them off my plate and had to order some for themselves! I loved my fresh OJ and saw they do have mimosas made with the fresh OJ as well, which I'll have to try next time I come back! The food came out quickly and our waitress was super peppy and helpful, despite our many requests for various sauces and sides. I left happy with a full belly, I'd definitely recommend this place. They have a couple of different patio spaces, which is lovely when the weather permits, but there was plenty of indoor seating as well. Reasonable prices, especially for how quick our hot food came and how delicious and perfectly cooked everything was. Favorite brunch spot I've found in SLC so far! They did have multiple yummy vegan options, which was important to our group.

Awesome neighborhood spot for brunch. I had the Steak & Eggs, and my partner had the Pork Benedict. Food was great, and service was very efficient considering how busy it was. We booked a table ahead, but there seemed to be a reasonable amount of table turnover if you were to arrive without a reservation. The space has a cool industrial meet diner feel. Parking is a little hard when it was busy. I would brunch here again!
