Este Pizzeria

I absolutely loved the food. I was staying at a hotel nearby and had a craving for pizza and wings. The pizzas were huge,the wings and pizza were delicious! I got the 18' sized pizza, 1 cheese 1 pepperoni + 3 orders of wings for $78. I was in a food coma afterwards. If I ever visit Salt Lake City again, definitely will be returning to this establishment!

It is what it is. I'm from Brooklyn and I love NY pizza..This is as close as I can get and it's real hit and miss. I wouldn't eat at a place in Brooklyn that served pizza like they do.. But, in their defense, I think a lot of it has to do with the really hard water in Salt Lake ..It affects the quality of the dough.. Edit.. I went back today and it was horrible. Super greasy, limp and the thickness of a cracker. When I tried to fold it, this hot mess just dropped toward the plate. That's it. I'm done with Este.

Pizza was delicious but super unfriendly staff. She started off acting bugged about us asking her what her favorite pizza was. She answered with a flat “cheese”. I would have let that go but when we asked for Parmesan cheese she gave us three little packets. ( think slightly bigger than a ketchup packet) for 16 slices. Which was ok.. start conservative. I believe in low waste but when we asked for ONE more she told us we had had our quota. We offered to pay for one more and she refused claiming she didn’t want to run out. Honestly we spent 60 bucks on pizzas and drinks… seriously?! So disappointing
