It was extremely busy but we didn't have to wait too long. The staff was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious.

I was a little nervous when our group of nine sat down in an already halfway full restaurant, at lunchtime, with only one waitress, and one host. But the kitchen crew killed it, and we had our food way quicker than I thought possible. Food was OK but the crew overall killed it :-)

Bright someone here for their first American milkshake. They absolutely loved it! "Why dont we have these where I come from?" And can we please come back here before I go home. She also love the Americana poster and atmosphere.

Great and fast service, the food was delicious too. I love the fact they give ketchup smilies to tables that don't have kids too. It's a nice little touch!

The experience is fun. The food is pretty good. The best part is the shakes. We had Oreo and Strawberry Kiss shakes. Bacon cheese fries, but a little too much fake melted chedder for us. The burgers were decent, a little overcooked for my liking but edible. Service was very good and pretty busy today during the lunch rush. Love the ketchup smile plates served with the food.

The food was suuuuuuper good, it's like fancy in and out. The quality of the food is super good, the taste is so delicious, and everything actually tastes super fresh. Not to mention the chocolate malt we got was super great in terms of texture and taste. Highly highly recommend, even if it is a little expensive.

Food was fantastic. Really fresh and hands down the juiciest burger I’ve had on a long time. The cook did forget a few of our order requests but the waiter caught it before they got to us. If you sit at the bar you can watch them make everything which is pretty cool!

Johnny Rockets is so great! I love the location at City Creek Center too. My friend and I were greeted promptly, given the menu, and within moments came and gave us some water, while we browsed the menu. I ordered the delicious Route 66 Burger, and a classic Vanilla Shake. The place is a buzz for the social and trendy crowds, prices are decent for what you pay for, and the whole place was clean, and they even had their juke box rocking the oldies through all the social and happy chatter. Great customer service, highly recommend everyone to eat here
