Cheap eats right across from campus. Can get crowded during the lunch time, but otherwise pretty chill. Food isn't gourmet or anything, but it will do the job if your looking for something a bit greasy.

Great little breakfast spot up by the University of Utah! They do not have very many tables and it is a very small restaurant so if you go during peak hours expect to have a little bit of a wait before you're seated and served.

Love the layed back feel. Breakfast and great food..Good employees. And bar help... awesome food and easy going beer, without the fake food to please the local law rules ..im a mason doing restoration on the u.u science building right across the street... Love my after work beers there... :)

I've been frequenting this place for years. The breakfast plates are fantastic. The french toast is a guaranteed win every time. Their lunch menu is great too. You can't go wrong choosing to eat here. Mom and Pop who own the place are really kind and fun.

The place is a bit small, so I recommend going during times that aren't as busy. The breakfast plates are delicious and I've never had a bad burger from them. If you attend the University, you have to go here.

Big Ed's is a cute little bar in the wall across the street from the University of Utah. They serve breakfast all day and have killer omelettes. The coffee challenges are funny and the beer never runs dry. It's owned by mom and pop who run and work the bar and are always full of smiles. While small, it feels cozy and is always a blast.

Got an awesome chili burger, tasty fries and an adult beverage for a very reasonable price with great service, I look forward to trying them again.
Unfortunately parking is a bear, I found a spot but got scolded by an attendant so I was worried about my car the whole time so the meal was not as enjoyable as it could have been.

Big Ed's has a special place in my heart. I come here with friends a few times a month to destress and have a beer. Their chicken wings are delicious, and the espresso drinks on the menu are hilarious. I love how cozy it feels, and the owners are super attentive and give great customer service.

BIg Ed's is one of the premiere restaurants around the University of Utah. I highly recommend the Cheeseburger Fries. If you're looking for something more filling, try the Gawd Awful or the Hangover Roundhouse. Best food around.

This is a small little place. Mostly college students, but i go there for a good, cheap burger or a delicious breakfast special. The service is great, and the prices are even better!
