Hunan Garden

We live nearby, and we sincerely wish we had known about Hunan Garden years ago for Chinese food. The staff are friendly, polite, thorough, and attentive. The food is delicious (coming from someone who is pretty picky and critical) and with great portion sizes at a fair price. Great find--would highly recommend.

I live by this restaurant, and we frequently get their takeout/delivery. Their staff is always kind, and the food has always been great! My favorite dishes are the Beef with Broccoli, Lettuce Wraps, and Honey Walnut Shrimp. I've also enjoyed their Veggie Delight and Chicken Lo Mein. I highly recommend it!

Best Chinese take out in the area. I refuse to go anywhere else. They get the orders done quick and it's always good quality. Each dish has a distinct taste and is cook well; it's not like other places that use the same breaded chicken for every dish and just pour different sauces on after. Highly recommend the General Tsao and Veggie Delight.

Awesome Chinese food! My girlfriend and I were craving good Chinese food ever since our favorite place closed down due to Covid-19. We decided to give Hunan Garden a shot and we are now in love! The food is so good and reminds us of what we used to have while living in NY many years ago. The wonton soup here is awesome and so are the pot stickers. We also tried a chicken and broccoli and the General Tao's chicken which were both pretty excellent. We also ordered lunch here since first trying and I gotta say, what an awesome deal, soup, rice, and an entree for $6.99. If you are looking for excellent Chinese food in the Sugarhouse area be sure to check this one out! I highly recommend it!

Really good food here. Here’s a photo of our hotpot with the sauces that you add to your bowl and pull out the meats out of a vat of boiling goodness. Apparently this place was the first to introduce this to the valley and it really shows. Definitely give this place a shot if you’re in the Sugarhouse area!

Excellent customer service! Tanya has phenomenal hospitality. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of our needs and are extremely patient with our 19 month old son, who loves the food as well. It is freshly served with great portions and the price can't be beat. I highly recommend dining here.
