Smashburger

The food is very good, they gave us tons of fries and the chocolate milkshake was amazing. The only problem is the straws. When I recieved mine with my milkshake, it had a small cut in the middle that made it really hard to suck up milkshake. When I got another one, it had the same problem and the cut was bigger. This might be a shipping problem or something so I don't blame the restaurant

I use to really enjoy Smash Burger. The food was always tasty, good service, and clean atmosphere. My recent visit, ordering was difficult no fault to the cashier, she was new, but the manager, didn't seem helpful and was busy stacking cups while the girl strugged to understand what gluten free and dairy free was. The dining area was a bit messy and smelled like Denny's, that wet rag mildewy smell. The food came all at different times about 5 to 8 minutes apart, my food was sent back because it still had cheese on it. They forgot the fries. When they brought it back out there was so much oil in the fry container, the bottoms of the fries were soaked in oil. I was able to pour the oil out into a cup. Pretty disappointing visit. Hopefully it was just an off day.

Awesome Brussels Sprouts! Back for more! I have been to some amazing locations i.e. North River Chicago. This location is in Sugarhouse, it's clean and the service is great. They were sold out of the Mac and cheese burger must be awesome... My food was delivered by a team member wearing gloves. Thank you.

Never had any complaints about Smashburger let alone this specific location. Good to great food overall, and are always offering a variety of options to choose from. (Highly recommend the beehive burger, and any of their shakes/malts.) Otherwise, you can never go wrong with any of their sides, whether it be the Smash tots or the sweet potato fries, a side is an absolute must for the full experience of Smashburger. (I know this photo doesn’t do justice but it’s pretty damn good.)
