Beans & Brews Coffeehouse

I asked for a double shot of espresso and just got an 8oz cup half full with a drip coffee, when I asked the staff about the quality of their ‘espresso’ she got very defensive and said there was nothing they could do. I could tell she was frustrated, this location has 3 machines and the only one that works pulls very bad espresso. This B&B has very loyal customers and corporate needs to do something something about these machines. I worked here last year and even then the espresso machines had issues and nothing has been done still?? How can you expect your employees to give quality service if nothing works? Edit: I checked back on this location and it looks like all espresso machines are upgraded and new! Asked for an espresso and it was far better than what they were pouring before. Staff was great and friendly as always. Thank you for listening to your customers and staff.

I come here all the time and always have a great experience. Everyone is super friendly. Their drinks are super delicious and they’ve got food too. I usually go through the drive through which is fast and easy, but they also have some nice booths to sit inside. I’ve never had a drink I didn’t like there, my go-to is Cold Brew with vanilla and cream, or any of their seasonal drinks.

It's better to me than Starbucks when it comes to coffee taste and quality! I think it's because it's not as acidic as Starbucks brand coffee. Their food is really yummy too and everyone who I have encountered there has been very kind. A bit of an awkward drive through if you come up the wrong side of the road but luckily not a super busy street. Do care for the easement on the way out!

Let me start off by saying Beans & Brews is my favorite coffee house! I've tried a bunch of locations, and this is the best location. They are consistent, and are always serving up my fave drinks with the best service. I have a Beans and Brews closer to my home, but will go out of my way to this location.
