I've read some of these reviews. Some people are complaining about poor customer service. I don't care how bad the customer service is I would eat here even if Jonie herself told me to f off the food is that good. Best cheese steak in Utah hands down.

Been coming here for 10 years even though I no longer live in Utah and still one of my favorite places in salt lake. It's great to still see Joni running the joint. Philly cheese steak is the best around!

The absolute BEST philly cheese steak ever! I've eaten here for years and have left happy, full, and impressed every single time. The people are kind and fast. The buns are delicious, the steak is perfect. I just wish you were open later! Id eat here for dinner!

Tough one to rate. The food is great, and if you are very careful Joni may not yell and swear at you. Mind your manners and enjoy the phillies.
