Ihop

This is a great location, a little smaller than most IHOPs, just east of the downtown area. The service was excellent, I didn’t have to ask for coffee refills, the waiter was very friendly and professional, the food was served in a reasonable amount of time. I had the protein pancakes with lemon and blueberry topping, the pancakes were fluffy and not at all gritty. I would go here again.

Good breakfast food for a easy meal. The servers were kind of absent but still checked in once in a while. The check out was a bit confusing and messy, they do allow you to bay the bill online, but it makes you sign up. Over all the food is okay, service was no so great, and I hated the online bill pay.

We went in on Sunday night around 11 or so and only one waitress for everyone and she nailed it. Our ticket was like 30 we matched on the tip. She did great job. We woukd definitely return. The other ihop had one server we waited about 15 min before leaving becauze nobody ever even came to the front to tell us anything. It wasn't even busy. 2100 so I hop sucks.

Love the food. Atmosphere is comfortable and quiet. Sometimes the servers act a bit too judge mental towards homeless people, even if they are paying customers, and while I dislike that reaction, I’m not ever truly surprised by it. There is one server who works primarily at night who is not only respectful towards everyone, but is also kind and seems pretty understanding towards others. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shoutout! Next time I eat here, I will ask her what her name is so I can update this review. ❤️

Ok IHOP you're forgiven, thank you. I returned looking for an excuse to change my bad review and I'm glad I did. I was warmly and promptly greeted and my order was placed all within 3 minutes. Maybe it was just a bad day last time, and that's OK. Thank you for the better experience. ‐--‐------------- Lengthy wait and disorganized staff. Everyone doing their own thing. I waited 10 minutes to be seated- was acknowledged after 5 min, then someone else came along at 10 minutes and seated people who just arrived. I've learned not to stay once there's been one service problem so i commented to the one guy seating the other people. I left and called to talk to a manager, betting I wouldn't get through. Sure enough after 15 minutes with no answer, I had to drop the line. I'm glad I left the restaurant and didn't eat there. Usually the food is great but who can trust what happens in the kitchen when the front house is not being managed? The stress and uncertainty make the food not worth it.

Food and service great. Did have1 ooppsy. 2 coffees and a senior fish and chip should have been 16 dollars. And some change. When I went to put in a tip the receipt came to 46 dollars. Had them fix that. But when I looked in the bank account Theresa the 46 dollar withdrawal and the 16 dollar withdrawal. But while I was in my account there came in the 46 dollar deposited back into account. Very excellent. Just that little oops but was corrected fast.
